Decline push-up

Feet up on the bed: more weight on your arms and more work for the upper chest and shoulders.

A bed or sofa

How to do it

  1. 1 Feet on the edge of the bed, hands on the floor under your shoulders.
  2. 2 Keep your body straight; don’t let your lower back sag.
  3. 3 Lower your chest towards the floor, then press back up.

Watch out for

  • Lower back sagging
  • Hands too far forward
